Merry Christmas!

Hey there!
It's finally here, the big day has come and I hope you can all celebrate it with the people you love and probably even have someone to hug & cuddle next to the fireplace
or to kiss under the mistletoe or the Christmas tree ~ πŸŒŸπŸŽ„πŸŽ…πŸŽ

Akio and me took some print club photos together for this event since christmas in japan is rather a time for couples so we thought it would fit in nicely - it is basically like a second valentine's day at the end of the year! How cute, isn't it? (*^^*)

No matter how and where, we should all use this event to calm down from the busy everyday life and find some peace in the Christmassy atmosphere surrounding us!

xx & lots of love ♡ Micky & Akio

Ps.: you will hopefully receive lots of presents as well ~ p(*^-^*)q

Christmas Market ~ ✨

Hi everyone,
As Christmas is approaching there are lots and lots of Christmas markets opened on the popular squares of cities here in Luxembourg and Germany~
Of course I didn't miss the chance to visit some of these markets and to take loads of photos of the Christmas traditions and typical Christmas snacks in my home country for you (⌒▽⌒)

This is in front of a "dampfnudel" shop ~ a very popular dish or snack for Christmas.
It's usually served with custard and cherries ~ here's a picture

It's soooo delicious, yum! ~ (^Ο‰^)
You should totally try these if you ever have the chance
to visit a german Christmas market !

What you should also try is GlΓΌhwein, a hot alcoholic drink, basically it's hot wine ~
it's also perfect for heating and cheering you up in the cold(笑)

There is usually a Mary-go-round in the centre of each Christmas market.

Something else you should try are "marones"
,basically hot sweet chestnuts, they are soo good πŸ˜‹

Hope you've liked this entry and have a
wonderful Christmas with or without visiting a Christmas market πŸ’–

xx  Micky
